We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

When returning, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in original packaging. You will also need a receipt/invoice or proof of payment.

To initiate a return, you can send an email to Info@femmeza.com. If your return is accepted, you can send the items to the address provided. Products that are returned without a request will not be accepted. Femmeza does not cover return costs, these must be paid by the customer themselves. The customer is therefore responsible for returning the item to us in good condition.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
We ask you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order is damaged or if you have received the wrong product. Then we can evaluate and rectify the problem.

REFUND
We will contact you once we have received and inspected the return. Then we will let you know whether the return is approved or not. If it is approved, you will automatically receive your money back via the payment method you used. After approval of the return, you will receive your money within 3 to 5 business days.
